The leadership team is elected from candidates serving in the five offices of the church (Teachers, Evangelists, Prophets, Apostles, and Pastors/Elders). The congregation elects members to serve in this capacity. These elected leaders elect among themselves an executive leadership committee of elders to lead the church for a three-year term.
